Trekking
Our treks range from the easy and moderate to the challenging. We can provide you trails and treks suited to your fitness levels and time considerations. The treks we offer are off the beaten track and have all been receed by us personally.
While walking you are not expected to carry anything more than
your own water bottle and a rainproof jacket. The accompanying mules and porters, cook and camp help and an English speaking guide take care of all the essential details so that you can spend your time relaxing, taking in the scenery and meditating as it were without having to think about the mundane details of a hot meal and tents etc.


Kauri Pass Trek
This is a moderate to challenging trek. Also called Curzon's trail. A spectacular trek skirting the outer wall of the Nanda Devi sanctuary, crossing three passes and exploring 4 beautiful river systems in the Garhwal Himalaya. Each day unveils a new glittering peak and as you stand atop the Kauri Khal the whole range spreads out before you in majestic splendour.

Buran Pass Trek
The Buran Pass is a challenging trek and takes you across from the Garhwal Himalaya into the Sangla valley of Himachal Pradesh. The Buran is the third important pass on a ridge connecting Garhwal and Himachal. The other two being Borasu and Rupin. The trek takes you through a varied landscape of hill villages with terraced fields, going higher to the evergreen jungles of deodar and open meadows with shrubs of rhododendron and finally up to the rock and slate of the pass. The descent on the other side into the Sangla valley is no less spectacular. Once again you are greeted by the sunny Baspa river surrounded by green fields with the majestic Kinnar Kailash range forming the back drop.

Markha Valley Trek
The Markha Valley Trek is certainly one of the most varied and beautiful treks in the world. It ventures high into the Himalayas crossing two passes over 15,000 ft. as it circles from the edges of the Indus Valley, down into parts of Zanskar, and passes through terrain that changes from incredibly narrow valleys to wide open vast expanses. As we trek to the upper end of the Markha Valley we are rewarded with spectacular views of jagged snow capped peaks.

Bedni Bugyal
Situated near Wan, Bedni Bugyal is a charming green meadow adorned with flowers in a spell binding varieties, in full bloom. There is a small lake situated in the midst of the meadow, where Tarpans are offered by the devotees.

Roopkund Trek
It is one of the most fascinating high altitude lakes in the Garhwal Himalayas, also called the Mystery Lake. On its bank lie the remains of human skeleton who perished many centuries ago. It's a scenic trek passing through 'Bugyals with spectacular view of Trishul Massif (7120mts) and surrounding peaks of the western Nanda Devi Sanctuary.
Season: April to October
