I just wanted to drop you a line to say a huge thank you for what was a fantastic Diwali away weekend at your
Ganga camp.
In our 3 years in India very rarely have we found something that lived up to its advertising boasts but our trip to your campsite exceeded all expectations.
The camp was beautiful, the rafting spectacular but more importantly, your staff were incredible.
Dianna and her team engender a really nice relaxed atmosphere in what I would imagine become fairly tough circumstances. The food was excellent, the tents cosy and the staff incredibly friendly and helpful.
Traveling and camping with a 6 and 3yr old and a 6 month old baby could have been tough but with the help of your cooking staff it was a breeze.
Finally to the river guides. They were informative good fun and enthusiastic throughout and their clear love for what they do rubs off on everyone else.
A fantastic trip all round from booking to returning. Can't wait to come back.

Camping on the gorgeous beach was fantastic. We were warm and comfy on cold nights. The beach is clean and the overall experience wonderful. I love the fact that there is no electricity and that it is very difficult if not impossible to receive mobile phone signal."

Had a great time over the weekend. fantastic experience rafting in the ganges with a scotsman (rudy) and an austrian (angie) guide; with a welsh rescue kayaker (phil) ... you guys were great! will be back for the "golf course" without a flip ;). kids loved the beach, sand hills, tents, kayaking, swimming, frizbee, volleyball and the whole camping experience, and the hail storm and rainbows!!

We love HRR! and Himalayan Hideaway! We were among the first HRR clients in 1988 and have just finished a wonderful weekend with HHR in November 2010, all those years later. The experience just keep getting better and better.

It was an absolutely brilliant weekend, and very professionally run. The camp was pretty busy (being Easter weekend), but we completely enjoyed ourselves, loved the peace and tranquility, enjoyed the BBQ and appreciated the evening camp fires etc. We will definitely come on HRR trips again.
